Full moon community Reiki with Sound March 7th at 7 PM

For this full moon gathering, we will celebrate by inviting rest and support. We will start this practice with guidance for self reiki and by later receiving hands on reiki (optional) all while being held in the container of therapeutic sound with both Lourdes and Sara Cecilia as facilitators.

Both Lourdes and Sara Cecilia will be using various sonic idiophones, sometimes simultaneously.

Empezaremos esta práctica guiándote para que aprendas a darte reiki para tu auto-sanación

A nivel colectivo recibirás el reiki con manos sobrepuestas (opcional) mientras estés abrazado por el sonido terapeautico. Imparte:

Lourdes y Sara Cecilia Ambas usando varios instrumentos de curación, sanación, relajación y meditación, ayudándonos a establecer una vibración saludable,

a veces simultáneamente.
