Described as "a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves", sound baths are relaxing auditory experiences that can be described as transcendent. Yoga nidra is also called yogic sleep, psychic sleep or cosmic sleep. It's a guided meditation which can be a magical and mysterious practice done while you explore this liminal space between consciousness and the subconscious. Studies show that 45 mins of a yoga Nidra practice can benefit you as much as 4 hours of sleep.
